Leadership

Our Founder & Chairman, Graeme Smith, has more than 30 years’ experience in the IT&T industry. Seeing an opportunity to outmanoeuvre the Tier 1 Carriers, Graeme founded Telarus in 2001.

CEO, Dennis Muscat, co-founded Pacnet Australia (formerly Pacific Internet Australia) and held the role of Managing Director to 2008. Dennis was also Director of the Communications Alliance 2006-2010.
